Keys are a thing of the past at Fitzwilliam Court. Instead, one proximity card will grant you access from the pedestrian gate into your apartment. If your card is lost or stolen we can cancel it from our door access system and program you a new one.

The complex also features over 28 security cameras, which monitor activity 24 hours every day.

Fitzwilliam Court is the only complex in the area that has a reception desk which is staffed from 9:00 - 17:30 Monday – Saturday

In the event of an emergency, our staff are available 24/7 to handle any issue that may arise. Please note call out charge will apply for non emergency calls

A gas central heating system takes car of all your hot water needs for your apartment. Hot water is available on demand and each apartment is billed separately based on usage.

All apartments are insulated to the highest standards for your comfort and to eliminate noise from surrounding dwellings.

Our maintenance team is onsite to help with any issue you may have from hanging pictures to white goods repair.

All mains water entering the building is treated and filtered before reaching your apartment. This system is maintained by our maintenance team and is certified yearly

A Satellite feed is connected to all apartments to allow for simple access to Sky television. Service can be arranged by contacting reception.

Free waste disposal is another feature of Fitzwilliam court. We currently are operating an extensive program for recycling cans, plastic & cardboard. Acceptable usage policy applies.

The building is equipped with a state of the art communications room that facilitates all IT facilities for the building.

Each apartment comes complete with a working 041 telephone number. Line rental is free. This benefits all tenants when setting up a sky box and for making low cost calls. All incoming calls are free of charge.

Our IT department has a number of solutions which can be tailored to suit your needs.

Apartment cleaning can be organized through reception at a rate of €15 per hour.

Car cleaning can be organized through reception at a rate of €40 for mini valet & €7 for exterior wash.

Our IT professionals are available and can be booked at reception if you are experiencing technical difficulties Rate €25 per hour..

Car Parking is available 24/7 in our secure underground car park. Tickets are available from the entry station & at reception.

Secure bike storage is available free of charge and is located on the second floor car park.
